The AI content disclosure check is a neutral and non-partisan tool providing initial orientation on the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act. It is operated by the non-profit association Mimikama.
The check classifies cases, explains the relevant rules and refers to the applicable provisions. It does not replace legal advice, a lawyer’s assessment of an individual case or information from a competent authority.
